The service

Keelen operates an autonomous software-development loop against GitHub repositories you connect, using AI engine credentials you supply. You configure what it works on (your roadmap and requests), how much autonomy it has (merge policy, plan review, pause), and you can revoke its access at any time.

Keelen is in beta. We work hard on reliability — the loop's recovery machinery is a core feature — but you should expect occasional rough edges, and you remain responsible for reviewing what lands in your repositories.

Your account and credentials

You must have the right to connect the repositories and credentials you connect. Your AI provider usage is governed by that provider's terms and billed by them to you; Keelen adds no markup and resells no tokens. Keep your sign-in email secure — magic links act as your password.

Acceptable use

Don't use Keelen to build or operate malware, to attack systems you don't own, to violate third-party terms (including your AI provider's and GitHub's), or to break the law. Don't attempt to break the isolation between tenants or probe our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.

The code the loop produces

Output generated in your repositories is yours. You are responsible for its use — including licensing review, security review, and whether to keep merge gates on. Keelen's verification gates reduce risk; they do not transfer it.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe, in advance. Iteration allowances reset per billing cycle; add-on packs apply to the current cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelen Labs' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections on liability and billing survive termination.

Changes and contact
