- What counts as an iteration?
- One iteration = one machine run (a single PM or dev loop). Manual runs and scheduler-triggered runs both count the same.
- Do I pay for AI usage?
- Your Keelen plan and AI-provider usage are separate. Connect a supported AI subscription or API key; your provider determines any usage charges for that account. Keelen does not resell tokens.
- What happens when I hit my iteration limit?
- New runs pause until your next billing cycle. Top up instantly with an add-on pack from your billing dashboard, or upgrade your plan any time.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing dashboard. Pro-rated charges apply on upgrade.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; after that your projects are kept but stop running. Plan fees and iteration packs are not refundable, except where the law requires it. See our Terms.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every new account starts with a 14-day free trial at Operator-level limits, no credit card required. Sign up, connect a supported engine and your repo, and start building. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep the loop running — your projects and history are safe. No card is needed during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends. You are billed only after you choose a plan and check out.
